For most scheduled maintenance services, we provide same-day returns as long as the vehicle is completed and the return ride is scheduled by 5:00 PM. We prioritize speed and efficiency to ensure customers aren't left waiting once service is done.  

For longer or more complex repairs, the service advisor will communicate expected timelines directly to the customer. Once the service is complete, they'll schedule the return. 

It’s simple! Once appointments are scheduled, RideReady handles the rest. Based on the guidelines you give us, we'll invite eligible customers to use pick-up and delivery. 

Your team can also book rides directly.  Since we share the same system, both teams can see everything that's been scheduled - keeping it smooth and organized.
